Registration must be completed by October 19, 2026, using the registration form

• Registration deadline (applies to participants who wish to attend without presenting a paper, as well as to those who wish to present a paper) October 19, 2026 

• Abstract submission deadline: October 26, 2026 (presentation time for participants who wish to present a paper, including time allotted for discussion, 40 minutes)

• Payment deadline: November 2, 2026 

The registration fee of PLN 500 (€120) must be paid by September 1, 2026, to the account number provided at a later date. 

The registration fee for students is PLN 200 (€50).

The fee includes participation in all sessions, a certificate of participation, a book of abstracts and other conference materials, coffee breaks, lunches, and a conference dinner. VAT tax is included. The fee does not cover accommodation and breakfasts.
