For participants

• The deadline for submitting abstracts is May 31, 2026. Information about the acceptance of papers will be provided by June 15, 2026.
• Registration must be completed by July 15, 2026, using the registration form, which will be available soon.

The registration fee of PLN 500 (€120) must be paid by September 1, 2026, to the account number provided at a later date. 

The registration fee for students is PLN 200 (€50).

The fee includes participation in all sessions, a certificate of participation, a book of abstracts and other conference materials, coffee breaks, lunches, and a conference dinner. VAT tax is included. The fee does not cover accommodation and breakfasts.
